    1. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Online cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before your appointment, or you can call us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. 2. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply. 3. No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. 4. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if you fail to adhere to this policy more than two times. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  • What if I have emergencies that withold me from arriving for the appointment?
    Pure the Essence of Nature is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, with your individual needs as our top priority. Mutual respect is essential, so we kindly request that you inform us of any emergencies that may prevent your arrival. However, when a customer doesn't show up without prior notice, it disrupts our scheduling and affects other clients' opportunities to book appointments. To address this, we have a no-show policy in place. Deposits for no-shows will not be refunded. Accumulating more than two no-shows may result in a temporary ban from our salon. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a smooth appointment process for all our valued clients.
  • What if I am not completely contented with the service?
    At Pure - The Essence of Nature, our primary goal is your complete satisfaction with our services. If, by any chance, you encounter an unsatisfactory experience, please let us know within 24 hours of the initial service. We are dedicated to rectifying any issues within 7 days of the initial service, and if the mistake is on our part, we will gladly offer a full redo or a refund. To ensure a fair and equitable service environment for all our clients, we kindly request that clients limit unreasonable redo/refund requests. Excessive requests, totaling more than two, may lead to restricted access to our salon. Our aim is to maintain the highest standards of service and satisfaction for all our valued clients.
